By becoming a registered member of The Bengali Society of Florida or making payments to attend any of our events, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Liability Waiver: You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in any Bengali Society of Florida’s activities, including but not limited to events, meetings, and interactions with other members.
- Release of Claims: You release and discharge all corporate officers, members, and Board of Trustees affiliated with Bengali Society of Florida from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of your participation in Bengali Society of Florida’s activities.
- No Guarantees: The Bengali Society of Florida does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information or advice provided by its members or Board of Trustees. You are responsible for independently verifying information and making decisions based on your own judgment.
- Intellectual Property: Any content, materials, or intellectual property shared within the Bengali Society of Florida remains the property of their respective owners. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without permission.
- Privacy: The Bengali Society of Florida may collect and use your personal information for administrative purposes and communication within the society. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- Membership Termination: The Bengali Society of Florida reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at its discretion for any reason, including violation of society rules or disruptive behavior.
- Modification of Terms: The Bengali Society of Florida reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for changes.
By joining the Bengali Society of Florida or attending its events, you signify your acceptance of these terms and agree to be bound by them.
